About
Laura Lanham
—— Division Team Leader | Realtor®, Pensacola, FL
My passion is to educate (I used to be a Computer Instructor) and help people be successful by providing time-saving and money-saving information. My computer students remember my lessons because of the effective methods (Tips & Tricks) I taught them – Knowledge saves time and thus money. In Real Estate, I show my customers how to save their time and money during the home selling or buying process. My approach is simple – get it done as soon as possible, and save or make as much money as possible. Let’s cut thru the “red tape” and get to the “bottom line”.
Bio: If anyone knows about moving, Laura does!
Laura went to twelve schools before graduating high school (yes, her Dad was in the military) in multiple states (CA, OH, NC, ME, WA).
Immediately after high school graduation, her family moved to Oklahoma and she attended college at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK.
She received her B.S. degree in Business Management in Oklahoma, but due to her father’s passing, she moved back to Ohio to live closer to her family.
Passionate about a warmer climate, Laura moved from Alliance, OH to Mary Esther, FL in 1993. Fortunately for her, her new home did not sustain any damage from hurricane Erin (7/31/95) or hurricane Opal (9/27/95). Nonetheless, she found the diversity of Pensacola, FL more appealing and moved to Pensacola in 1997. She has been in Pensacola ever since.
Laura is passionate about Education, Human Rights, Animal Welfare, and Disaster and Humanitarian Relief.
She also enjoys computers and has an extensive background teaching computer classes including Web Design. Her technological background empowers her to market properties online and drive sales.
