I am a Division Team Leader for Vintia Realty and a Realtor® and it is important to me that agents are treated fairly as well as buyers and sellers. I have worked for multiple brokers and so I am aware of their policies and procedures, the different software applications they use, their commission scale and so on. I like to help people so there will be information for Real Estate Agents as well as for consumers. The articles are under the “Blog” section and the title clearly indicates the intended audience.

We came across Laura during our search for a second home in the Pensacola area. We were very unfamiliar with FL real estate, and specifically the process for a second home. We were also very new to the area. Laura helped us learn the area and listened to what we wanted in a second home, quickly learning what we wanted and what we didn’t want.
